This page covers the questions players ask most often, including how to use the 3pgame platform, how to deposit and withdraw, game types, and VIP benefits.
The 3pgame FAQ page is designed to answer players' everyday questions as clearly as possible. If you cannot find the answer you need, you can reach our 24/7 Live Chat support at any time.
Traditional Myanmar Games
To play 2D on the 3pgame platform, you match against the official Myanmar lottery numbers announced each evening. The game checks whether your chosen number matches the result. Results can be viewed in real time in the Game Results menu, and any winnings are automatically credited to your account. 3pgame does not offer any number prediction service — this is purely a chance-based game.
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game where each player receives 3 cards and the player with the highest total from 1 to 10 wins. The Shan Koe Mee game on 3pgame is played with a live dealer, making it closer to a real casino experience. Players can win prizes based on the amount they wager. Please read the rules before joining the game.
2D shows the last 2 digits of the result, while 3D shows 3 digits, giving a wider range of combinations and potentially larger prizes. 3pgame guarantees that 3D results are also produced by an immediately prepared random process and cannot be predicted in advance. We do not offer any service that tips which numbers will appear — fair play only.
Yes. The 3pgame platform is designed for mobile access. You can visit the site through an Android or iOS mobile browser and play everything from Shan Koe Mee and 2D/3D to live casino games, all on your phone. No app download is needed — just go straight in through your browser.
VIP Program and Cashback
3pgame VIP members receive a higher weekly cashback amount. On top of that, deposits and withdrawals are processed faster, exclusive promotions are offered on a priority basis, and a dedicated VIP agent handles your account. The higher your VIP level, the better the cashback rates and the overall playing experience.
3pgame cashback is calculated based on the player's VIP level, using the total losses from the previous week. Bronze level earns up to 0.3%, Silver level earns up to 0.5%, and Gold level earns up to 0.8% cashback once a week. Cashback is added to your account automatically, so no claim is needed.
Moving up a VIP level requires building a longer playing history. As you play regularly and your wagering volume grows, 3pgame's VIP tracking system records this automatically and upgrades your level. You can ask a VIP service agent or contact Live Chat to find out what wagering amount is needed for the next level up.
3pgame has 3 VIP levels. Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The higher the cashback rate, the better the rewards for higher-level players. Cashback for all levels is paid once a week based on losses.
Withdrawal Questions
For withdrawals, players may only use a KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay wallet that is registered in their own name. 3pgame does not send money to third-party wallets as a fraud prevention measure. If you need to make a change, register a new wallet in your own name and contact Support.
Yes. 3pgame's payment service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so withdrawals can be processed smoothly at night or on weekends. You can expect your withdrawal request to be completed within 1 hour.
3pgame's standard withdrawal time is within 1 hour. We recommend waiting 1 hour after requesting a withdrawal before contacting customer support. During peak times when many players are requesting withdrawals, it may take a little longer, but our 24/7 support team will assist you promptly.
If your withdrawal is Pending, first check your wallet after 1 hour. If it has been more than 1 hour, contact 3pgame Live Chat with your withdrawal record ID and ask about it. Our support staff will also quickly resolve any delays caused by a wallet name mismatch.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 3pgame is 20,000 Ks. This amount is the same for all three payment options: KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit is also 20,000 Ks, and these amounts are the same regardless of the player's account type.
Slots and Jackpot
RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of wagered money that a game theoretically pays back to players. For example, an RTP of 96% means that for every 100 Ks wagered, the game returns an average of 96 Ks. This is an average across tens of millions of rounds, not a guarantee for any single session, so it is not possible to predict the outcome of individual rounds.
Volatility describes how a game pays out in terms of frequency and size. High Volatility means wins may come less often, but when they do, the amounts can be larger. Low Volatility means wins come more frequently, but the amounts tend to be smaller. Players should choose a volatility level that suits their budget and playing style.
A Progressive Jackpot is a system where the prize pool grows every time a player places a bet. The more players participate, the larger the jackpot gets. When one lucky player wins the big prize, the pool resets to zero and starts building again. Because the prize can grow very large, these jackpots are popular among players.
The right choice depends on your budget. If your budget is limited, Low Volatility games will extend your playtime and give you a longer experience. If you have a higher budget and are aiming for bigger prizes, High Volatility games are more suitable. 3pgame has a Demo Mode for each game, so you can try it out without spending real money first.
Free Spins can be obtained in two ways. In some slots games, landing 3 Scatter symbols or certain combinations will automatically trigger Free Spins within the game. Separately, 3pgame promotions often include Free Spin bonuses. In both cases, Free Spins let players spin without spending additional money, which is why slots players love them.
